What is your return policy?

Because we  provide single use food items, we are unable to honor any returns. Additionally, because all food items are prepackaged  we are unable to determine any problems that may occur with the food items. Should you be displeased with the quality of the food items, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time due to the perishable nature of the food products.

What are your payment options?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, Apple Pay 

What is your shipping policy?

We ship all orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS using flat rate postage. All purchases include $50 insurance, tracking and should arrive within 2-3 business days of being shipped. 

Oops! I need to cancel my order...

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Please use the contact us page to notify the team of your request to cancel the order. Cancellation requests submitted after an order has been shipped will not be honored.
